Terms & Conditions – Quantum Identity Giveaway

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Quantum Identity Giveaway (“Promotion”). By entering, you agree to be bound by these terms.

The Promotion is open worldwide to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, prize partners, and immediate family members of Bree Boucher are not eligible to enter.

The Promotion opens at 10:00am AEDT on 14 October 2025 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 28 October 2025.
No entries will be accepted outside this period.

Entry is free of charge. Each participant receives one (1) free entry into the Grand Prize Draw.
Entrants may obtain additional entries by:
- Inviting friends to join the Giveaway (each successful referral = one additional entry).
- Purchasing additional entries or discounted products from WooPreneur Co. and/or partners during the Promotion Period.
Entrants may purchase additional entries as follows:
- +USD $5 = 1 additional ticket.
- +USD $10 = 3 additional tickets.
- +USD $25 = 10 additional tickets.

Grand Prize: One winner will receive the full Quantum Identity Lifestyle Package, consisting of prizes contributed by Bree Boucher and selected collaboration partners (”Partners”).
Base Prize (Everyone Wins): Every entrant will receive access to a Collective Akashic Awakening: Quantum Identity Activation, a live group session hosted by Bree Boucher (WooPreneur Co). This activation is valued at USD $44 and will be delivered live during the Promotion Period. Access details will be provided via email and in Skool.
Total Prize Pool Value: Valued at $5,408 USD
Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash.

Each prize partner is solely responsible for delivering their contribution to the winner within 30 days of being notified.
Each partner has supplied a retail value and description of their prize contribution.
WooPreneur Co. (Bree Boucher) is not responsible for the fulfilment of prizes contributed by third-party partners.
